What time should I arrive?
Please arrive promptly at 3pm.
Are children invited?
We love your little ones but this event is for adults only as we want everyone to be able to relax and party.
Are there any travel arrangements to and from the venue?
As our guests will be staying in various locations, you will need to organise your own travel to and from the venue. Some local taxi details are shown here.
Does the venue have a cash bar?
The venue accepts cash and card.
What is the dress code?
Relaxed formal - think suits, shirts and dresses. No need for ties or anything too formal. Em will be wearing her wedding dress and Russ will be wearing a suit without a tie.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, there is plenty of parking, and you are able to leave your car overnight.
Can I bring a plus one?
Our party is an invitation-only event. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Can I post photos of the party on social media during the event?
Yes, please go ahead!
Will there be a ceremony?
We will be getting married earlier in the year so there won't be a ceremony at this event. This is pure party time!
Will there be an after party?
We sure hope so! It depends how many shots have been consumed. Our venue will close promptly at midnight, but Henley town is a short drive away for those still standing.
Gifts
We really are not expecting any gifts. Celebrating with you is more than enough for us. If you would still like to gift something, that is very kind but please know it's entirely optional.
